Patient Portal Access & Digital Health Guide
Our client portal operates entirely within your web browser with end-to-end encryption—no additional software downloads are required.
1. How to Book Initial or Follow-up Consultations
New and returning patients can schedule appointments directly via our booking calendar. Prior to your first session, an encrypted electronic intake questionnaire and psychometric screening will be sent to your email.
2. Joining Your Telehealth Room
Log into the l.ook.ac/portal link from your email 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Click "Enter Consultation Room". Please ensure your microphone and camera permissions are enabled in your browser and you are in a quiet, confidential space.
3. Requesting Medical Records & Clinical Notes
In compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles and healthcare regulations, you may request copies of your health summary or treatment notes. Submit a request through the portal's secure messaging tab or email records@ook.ac. Requests are fulfilled within 14 business days.
